HOW TO USE

Get yourself energized for the day by diffusing this blend in the morning, or enjoy it throughout the day to combat feelings of sluggishness. Add a few drops to a washcloth while showering for an instant pick-me-up. Try diluting Energy in a carrier oil blend for an invigorating and uplifting massage oil.

Aromatic: Diffuse using 3-4 drops per 100 mL of water or use in a personal inhaler.

Topical: Dilute to 3-5% in a carrier.
