Sleep Tight was specially formulated without Valerian Root or other essential oils with unfavorable aromas, to help make falling asleep much more enjoyable.

Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil, Cananga Odorata (Ylang Ylang) Flower Oil, Citrus Nobilis (Green Mandarin) Peel Oil, Citrus Aurantium Amara (Neroli) Flower Oil, Humulus Lupulus (Hops) Extract

HOW TO USE

Aromatic: Diffuse using 2-3 drops per 100 mL of water at bedtime.
Topical: Dilute to 2-3% in a carrier.
